This page comes with a broken heart . I am so sad to tell you that our beautiful Katie has grown her angel wings and passed away on Wednesday 6th March.

I am setting up this page to try and help raise funds to give her the send off she deserves. Please find it in your heart to donate what you can to help the family at this time.
