Top surgery goal

I am raising this money so that I will be able to help pay for top surgery costs. I need this surgery because it will vastly improve the quality of my life. Having a flat chest has gone from a future goal to a more immediate necessity for my mental health. 
I am trying to save as much money from working as I can, but because top surgery is so expensive, I still need help covering other costs, such as hospital stay, medicines, consultation fees etc.
