Please help with monthly bills

Hello all,

my name is Fred, I am a bus driver for Walt Disney World, and I am currently out of work due to Palsy in my left eye cause me to see double and have blurry vision which is not allowing me to work. I am so behind on bills and owing people so much money. I would truly appreciate it if I get some help to pay some monthly bills and my friends and family back.
