Forced to start over

Hi I'm Ken, and I recently separated from my wife. I left most of my stuff at home for her and my daughter. I am also dealing with severe depression at the moment. And I am bouncing from couch to couch for now. I am so sorry to ask for help, but I don't know another way to getting grounded on my feet again. Thank you for reading this, I wish you all the best.
