About me:

Hi there, I’m Charlie Ross.

My story begins in rural North Carolina. My childhood revolved around family, hunting, fishing, a hint of mischief, and sports throughout the year. From bagging groceries at Winndixie to moving produce boxes, the value of hard work was instilled in me from a young age.

In high school, the heart-wrenching sight of the towers collapsing and the profound grief it caused those around me profoundly impacted my life trajectory. Moved by this, and inspired by films like ‘Blackhawk Down’, I enlisted in the army right after graduating. I served as an Airborne Ranger, Operator, Sniper, volunteered for years and years of combat, saw a couple explosions up close, and became part of the most elite special ops unit in the world. After dedicating 18 years, I took a medical retirement.

In 2020, I founded HADES Consulting with one of my best friends Zack Harrison. As we step into 2024, I’m proud to say that we’re closing our 3rd successful year, thanks to the trust and support of many.
