Help Me Fight The injustice

Hi my name is Sean Donis, I am a single father of two boys. I was married for six years until one night April 15th 2016, I was home with my two kids, while my then wife was going out to dinner with her friends. In the evening, I realized that my sons iPad was missing. I used the track my iPad app and saw that it was in the Garden State pkwy heading towards the NY state line. I ended up following the GPS signal all the way to Pomona NY where I found my then wife’s car. Thats when I caught my wife having sex with her boss. Now it's almost 2 years later and I am being charged with FELONY burglary and Unlawful Surveillance . This could put me in jail for 15 years. I now have to pay almost $15,000 in lawyers fees just to prove my innocence on these ridiculous charges. Why do I keep getting punished. My family and I do not deserve this.
