Help for Julio Torres

I’m asking for help for my brother in law Julio Torres. On February 11, as he was dropping off my niece at school, he was pulled over by ICE officers in Chicago. They asked him to step out with no explanation & they left my 15 year old niece with his car on her own. Luckily her school principal & schools security team helped my niece. Julio has now been transferred to Kenosha where he’s been held until they process his paperwork. My sister has a lawyer to fight his case as they absolutely had no reason to pull him over & take him in front of my niece & leave her. He was so close on already obtaining his residency, he did the process correctly & was waiting for his appointment to travel to Juarez and have his interview. ICE officials have been not helpful at all in explaining anything on why he was taken. Unfortunately this has caused for my sister to use all her emergency funds & left with limited funds for household bills & to take care of my 15 & 3 year old nieces. I’m asking for any donations for Julios legal expenses & for any daily expenses my sister will need for my nieces. Even if you are not able to donate, I will truly appreciate if you can share his story. Thank you so much!!
