4th Grade Anderson Wildcats Youth Football

Hello,

I am the Head Coach of the 4th Grade Anderson Wildcats youth football team, and we need funds for the upcoming 2022 season to cover the cost of items related to game management, coaching and learning, and team unity and camaraderie. We have 52 players this year, which is amazing to have that much interest from kids in the community; however, the coaching staff and parent reps are volunteers, so any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated! It will go a long way towards our success for the upcoming season.

The items include:

What: Wrist coaches

Why: 4th Grade is the first year that the coaches aren't allowed on the field for Offense and Defense. Having a Wrist Coach where a certain number of plays are on the wristband for each player will help your player tremendously during the games.

What: Game Film Service

Why: Game film is a coaching tool that is a tremendous help to mental learning. While you can coach during practice, being able to show the players via film from games will allow the players to gain a greater understanding of the "why's" behind our coaching. It is super meaningful, and the older grades have it, and the majority of the teams we play will have it, and they also trade firm with other teams.

What: Utility Wagon

Why: A utility Wagon is helpful on gamedays for carrying equipment, the player's water bottles, and other items; as opposed to the players carrying their items right before the start of the game which tends to be a fire drill to hurry and place their gear/water and still be able to run through the team breakaway banner before the game starts.

What: Award Decals, Recognition tools for outstanding play

Why: Tools to build confidence, award players, and recognize those who have outstanding games and practices. For example, 1. award decals for great plays during games, 2. award stickers for wins, 3. Team "hammer" for the hardest worker of the week, 4. Team Chain with Boxing Glove for "player of the game" per week.
