Fishing for wounded Warriors

Having a deep appreciation for the sacrifices our men and women in the military have made for us, I wanted to do something to show my gratitude and thank them for what they have done. Here is what I've come up with:

For every $450 raised, I will take a group of 6 wounded veterans(or 3 with their assist personnel, total not to exceed 6) on an all inclusive, full day inshore fishing trip. The $400 will cover all of the expenses including catering, tackle, bait, fuel, etc. The price of a full day inshore charter is $1050, but the mate and I will donate our time to the cause. I wish I could afford to cover all of the expenses, but unfortunately I can't. However, together we can. I will coordinate with the Wounded Warrior Foundation and our local military organizations to select those that are interested in going fishing. As most of them are not employed, this will give them the opportunity to go fishing, relax, and have fun where they would normally not be able to afford to do so. I encourage you to share this worthy cause with your friends and join me in thanking our military for what they have done for us. Whether it's a $5 donation or a $500 donation, the benefits to those we are thanking is worth it.
