My name is David, my grandson was born premature on September 22nd this year, tragically he passed away on December 12th. He was just starting to smile and recognize people. He was such a good boy! He loved to cuddle and would calm down so easily with just a little love, no matter how much he was crying. I just want to give my grandson a proper memorial. Please help ❤️
