Disabled Gulf War Vet needing some help

Hello my name is Paul and I'm a disabled Gulf War Veteran trying to raise some funds to pay for food, bills and utilities. Not sure how I'm going to make it the rest of the month and I'm a bit embarrassed to ask for help especially around this time of year but really don't have a choice.
