Help for Carl Laza..aka..Joe

On Wednesday April 14th my brother's home and vehicle were majorly damaged by the high tide and storm on Crystal Beach Texas.  This is his only home and we are hoping to be able to get it repaired.  He did not have insurance other than liability on the rv and the car.  He is currently staying in a hotel near by.  We will not have the funds for that much longer.
