Taking care of dad

My brother and I are not in the financial situation to be able to obtain a lawyer that we need for probate. I'm raising a family, he is the only one working in his household .I've listened to all my options I tried for a small loan everything I don't have a high enough credit score this is all new to me I would never do this before but I can't lose my dad's property it was my home that I grew up in and now I have a chance to make it my girls home I wish it wasn't this hard and I feel like a bum making a GoFundMe but I'm lost for what I should do cuz I can't just pull out $3,000 out of my pocket I wish I could but I can't. So if you can find it in your heart to help my brother and I it will be greatly appreciated and hopefully one day I'll be able to return the favor and help somebody out to me like I do every chance I get.
