Getting a Weight Off My Chest

Hey folks,

I’m Milo. I am a trans man currently living in Leeds. Despite knowing this since the age of 16, it’s taken almost 8 years to finally find the courage to begin my transition and find some comfort in the body I will be in for the rest of my life. I tried to start my transition through the NHS nearly 5 years ago, but after still not hearing a thing back due to waiting lists and our government dismissing the existence of Transgender individuals continuously, I have decided to begin my transition through private healthcare services. This fundraiser will be going towards a life changing, and honestly life saving ‘top’ surgery, as well as hormone replacement therapy that I will be receiving after a consultation in February. Unfortunately the price of this surgery makes it feel impossible to achieve by myself and my financial state, and so any donation or simply sharing my story will mean the absolute world to me. ♥️
