For a Stem cell treatment

I was a decorated police officers for 24 years until I was DX with M.S. The chief of police (Michael Chase) forced me to retired which caused me to go into six more relapses. I am desprately trying to raise the funds to go out of country to Panama for a stem cell treatment at the stem cell Institute: the cost I would need is for airfare, hospital and recovery stay for two weeks and would be $35,000. My wish one day is to return to law enmforcement. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. And one day, to return the favor to anyone who neeeds my help.
