Hi, my name is Si Claris & I play hockey for Stourport Hockey Club 1st Team.

During a massive top-of-the-league clash in the Midlands Prem - I was unfortunate enough to be hit in the face with the ball - leading to an extremely painful injury and eventually having to have 6 teeth removed!

I am undergoing some major dental work which is going to prove costly in the long run!

Anything that you can give to support my journey back to having a full set of teeth and get back to the pitch will be massively appreciated!
