Small act of kindness

Hi, I’m not one for celebrating birthdays but I’m using my birthday this year to try and help a friend that has been diagnosed with cancer. My mate Leon aka The Ranga is now unable to work and as a devoted husband and father to two young children, any help we can give will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
