Hi Everyone!
My name is Phil MacRae and we are trying to raise £15,000 for the purchaseWarwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes so that they can purchase of a brand-new blood and medical emergency transport motorbike for the volunteer, unpaid riders of the Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes, a Registered UK Charity. (check out the picture above, how cool do they look!?)

Who and What are the Blood Bikers?
The Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikers are a passionate group of 150 volunteers who are mad about bikes and love their community. They give their time, for free, to transport life-saving blood, donated human milk, medicines to vulnerable patients and specialist test equipment at a moment's notice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

So what are we going to do!?
We've decided to take a tour around the 5 Capital cities of the UK and the Republic of Ireland to raise awareness of our volunteer courier service, and raise some funds for a new duty bike!
Event Dates: 23rd June - 24th June
Start Point: Coventry Cathedral 05:00 am
Tour Plan: Starting in Coventry, will head north to Edinburgh, then onto Belfast, Dublin, back to the mainland onto Cardiff and finish in London.

Where will the money go?
The money raised will go directly to the purchase of a new motorbike to replace an older fleet vehicle so that the Blood Bikers can continue to offer their emergency response service, completely free of charge to the NHS.

Why is your donation so important?
The group are 100% funded by contributions from generous members of the public and empathetic companies. All of our riders, dispatchers and management teams are volunteers and offer their time and services for free.
We do not receive funding or support from the government or the NHS, and we are not part of the NHS, although the services that they provide are life-saving.

Where can I learn more about this group?
You can visit their website or Facebook page to learn more about the service that we provide. you can also contact me directly (Phil) for any talks, presentations or media enquiries if you would like to learn more.

The Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes is a registered charity in the UK (Charity No 1156 751)
