5 Ferries Cycle, Etape Caledonia, and 2 marathons in 2 weeks
Hi friends, join us (Steven & Alan Lindsay) in making a difference by supporting a good cause!
Our dear Mum, Barbara Lindsay, passed away on the 9th February 2025. She was 70, and had been diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease (MND) only 8 months previously.
MND is a rapidly progressing terminal illness, which stops signals from the brain reaching the muscles. It can rob people of their ability to walk, talk, swallow or breathe unaided. There is currently no cure or meaningful treatment for this devastating disease.
We're raising money for MND Scotland by doing various cycling and running challenges in the month of May (we'll do the 5 ferries cycle together; Alan will do the Etape Caledonia the same day Steven does the Leeds marathon; and then Alan will clap Steven over the line at the Edinburgh marathon) and any donation will help make an impact.
MND Scotland funds ground-breaking research to bring us closer to finding a cure and campaigns for lasting change. When time matters most, they are also a helping hand of support.
Together, we will make time count and beat MND!
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause which means so much to us.
