Running 50 West End Shows in 50 Days
Hello,
My name's Aimee and I am raising money for the Association of NHS Charities in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. I have decided to challenge myself and help others. I have a HUGE love of theatre performance so I have decided to run/walk the collective running times of 50 West End Shows in 50 Days. Every day I will run/walk the entire length of a West End show eventually making it through to Harry Potter which is 5 hours and 20 minutes long! The shows collectively have a running time of 125 hours and 40 minutes which will definitely be a challenge, anyone who knows me, knows I'm not a runner!
My uncle is a nurse in the NHS helping with the fight against Coronavirus. I understand the importance of why we should stay at home and follow the rules when there is someone so close to me putting their life at risk every day. Everyone should play their part and work together to beat the virus.
As a Media & Performance Student at University, I have created a challenge that will inspire and motivate me. Your support, encouragement and donations will make a difference and is very much appreciated.
