Join us in advancing STEM education and robotics innovation by helping us get to the FIRST World Championship on April 17, 2024!

Our team, The 5026 Tesla Coils, is a dynamic group of six high school students who are passionate about empowering the next generation of innovators. During the 2023-2024 season, we dedicated over 2,900 hours to inspiring over 1,800 K-12 students through STEM outreach and robotics camps. Our mission is simple: uphold Gracious Professionalism and foster a love of STEM in all that we do, whether it's in team meetings, at competitions, or within our community.

Our goal is to ignite a passion for STEM and robotics in pre-K through 12th-grade students through various initiatives, including competitive robotics teams (FLL & FTC), designing and teaching robotics camps in and out of schools, and mentoring competitive FLL & FTC teams throughout the Intermountain West.

Throughout our journey, we never give up on... Crazy ideas! Each other! Ourselves! Improving! Learning! Growing! Sharing ideas! Teaching! Helping others do their best! and Doing our best! Our dedication to these principles has led to notable achievements. Over the years, we've averaged over 1,800 hours of outreach annually, actively engaging with our communities to teach STEM principles. This season alone, we accumulated over 2,900 hours of outreach, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to serving and educating our community.

During the 2023-2024 season, we mentored one FLL team, four rookie FIRST Tech Challenge teams, and designed and implemented various robotics camps, reaching students from diverse backgrounds. Notably, we had the privilege of teaching the Cottage students at the Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind as part of an afterschool STEM program, further expanding our reach and impact. One of the blind students we taught expressed that her experience was 'the best day of my life,' while several blind and deaf students asked if they could build robots every week.

Now, as we prepare to compete in the FIRST World Robotics Championship, we need your support more than ever. Your contribution will not only help us cover the expenses of attending the championship but also enable us to enhance our teaching resources, and expand our outreach efforts. Together, let's invest in the leaders of tomorrow and pave the way for a brighter, more innovative world.

Thank you for your support!
