50km Ultra Marathon for Palna Orphanage

This January, my partner Priyanka George and I are spending a week volunteering at the Palna Orphanage in Delhi run by the Delhi Council for Child Welfare. Palna look after ~70 kids in Delhi, many of whom are disabled.

On trips back to India and Bangladesh, my parents would always remind me to be grateful for the lives we have in Australia and it’s really stuck with me that there is nothing more than random chance that separated me from being born into someone else’s life.

I have set myself the challenge of doing the UTMB 50km Ultra Trail Marathon in Kosciuszko next month and am looking to raise $10,000 that will go towards supporting the team at Palna.
