A Bass for Bailey
Bailey Vance is an exceptional person as well as very musically talented young man. Due to his extreme musical aptitude, Bailey was recently awarded a very generous scholarship to Idyllwild Arts Academy, in the San Jacinto Mountains of Southern California. This Prestigious private academy provides pre-professional training in the arts and a comprehensive college preparatory curriculum.
The student body is diverse, a carefully selected group of extremely gifted young artists from all over the world. Bailey was selected to fill the spot of one of only two Bass players enrolled in JAZZ studies at the school.
Without this incredible scholarship opportunity, Bailey's family wouldn't have been able meet the school's financial requirements, so for this opportunity, Bailey feels extremely thankful and blessed. In the past two months, Bailey has thrived, both musically and scholastically, and is quickly becoming the gifted artist everyone knew he would be.
Recently, Bailey's parents were told that for him to improve his skills exponentially, Bailey needs to have a better quality instrument. A moderate quality standup bass costs over $3500. His parents are not in the position to purchase a new bass for Bailey. His family is hoping to raise at least $3500 in order to purchase a good quality instrument that he can continue to grow with and keep forever. Please help Bailey's dream of a new bass become a reality. We appreciate any and all contributions.
