52 Dips for Indigenous Literacy Foundation

We are Ana, Nic and Daisy; 3 WA based Speech Pathologists.

We are raising money in aid of Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

We are taking a dip in the ocean once a week for a whole year. The rules: the dip must be in the ocean and your shoulders must be submerged.

What does Indigenous Literacy Foundation do? Being able to read opens so many doors. But in very remote Indigenous communities, books are all too scarce and literacy levels are so much lower than anywhere else in Australia. Their purpose is to make a difference to the lives of Indigenous families by not only gifting thousands of new culturally appropriate books - with a focus on early literacy and first language - but also by running programs to inspire the communities to tell and publish their own stories.

Please donate what you can, every donation will make a difference. Look out for the highlights as we take on this crazy challenge!
