Neighborhood Clean Up Project

I have spent the last couple of decades doing clean ups around Santa Cruz County. My latest clean up and crime prevention on Westside Santa Cruz got me a Mayors Proclamation, Board of Supervisors Proclamation, U.S. Congressional Certificate of Special Recognition, U.C.S.C. Police commendation letter, Public Works commendation letters, and a feature article in the Santa Cruz Sentinel titled "Man Finishes Neighborhood Clean Up Project" dated 4/20/2009. I have also received commendation letters from California Dept. of Transportation, U.C.S.C. Longs Marine Lab and Santa Cruz County Land Trust. This campaign included numerous police reports, threats to my life and was alot more than just picking up trash heaps. I prodded public agencies, sent out typwritten reports and performed all of these feats out of pocket, and before asking for any help with the expenses or donations. I am not a non-profit - just a person who nearly single handedly saved this region of Santa Cruz Westside and made a difference. Any donation helps. Other than one other letter I handed out, this posting at gofundme.com is the only request I have made.
