Saoirse’s Skydive Against Suicide

Unfortunately I, like nearly everyone I know, have lost people I love to suicide. I’ve attempted suicide. Ireland has one of the highest reported suicide rates for 18-24 year olds in Europe. This year I’d like to help make a difference to that, we can all help make a difference (but you can do it from home - I’ll jump out of the plane for you!) “During 2018 our facilitators will work, face to face, with up to 16,000 secondary school students in around 70 new schools around the country.” “Through our awareness and prevention work all across the country we are able to provide resources for young people, their friends, families, teachers, coaches and many more concerned people so that they all have the vital information they need to detect the early signs of pre-suicidal behavious and help prevent more young deaths.” - Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland.
