Help My Wife Smile Again

My original teeth were soft and brittle always. After being told by my dentist that I would lose the little I had left I chose All on 4 in 2018 for both top and bottom. Because of cost, approximately $50,000. I went to Mexico to have done. Within a month my upper arch broke in half. The clinic refused to repair. I tried to contact anyone(like a Dental Association)who could help me because after spending almost $20,000.00 I was left with no upper teeth(I also found out that he had no experience doing All on 4 with exception of attending (2) weekends of a seminar to specially learn to do mine. Unfortunately I didn't find out until after all was done and damage occured). I had to go to a local dentist who added an upper implant and made a new bridge for me (costing an additional $14,000.00). He also saw on X-ray that Mexico had placed 6 implants on the bottom however 2 are just 'floating' and not attached to anything. During this time the material used to make 'teeth' on bottom have eroded to metal which ofcourse is noticeable and embarrassing. Dec 8th I went to my dentist because the upper was loose. After taking X-rays he said (2) of the implants done in Mexico are fractured and its not something he can fix, only an Oral/Maxiofacacial Surgeon could since the implants fracturedare titanium. He said he recommended I had all 4 upper implants removed and replaced. (This includes the one he placed in 2020). He told me because he felt bad that he would make a new bridge and charge me lab cost only. This has been ongoing since 2018, I've spent almost $40,000.00 and have nothing to show. My teeth have been a battle since I was in my early 20's. My upper bridge is barely hanging on. I had to have a bone graft prior to any work done as I had little bone to hold titanium implants in place. I'm scared the little bone I have left will be damaged beyond repair. I'm 51 and I've spent every dime NOT to have dentures. I just wanted a nice smile. I've requested my local dentist to send me a detailed report on what exactly needs to be done. I haven't received it yet. I feel almost what I would describe as 'nerve' pain on top. I want to salvage what I'm able to and see what I'm financially able to do. Although i appreciate him offering to do bridge at lab cost it may be best to have all work done at one place. Apparentlyso would the Surgeon performing. At this point I don't know where to even begin. I'm only doing a liquid diet because I'm scared to death to do anymore damage. Ive gone so far I'm hoping beyond hope that I can come up with enough to finish this by a local professional. I started this with the dream of leaving Mexico with a solid set and nice smile.
