I've had Jake since he was a puppy. We have been together through the demise of a 25 year marriage a major move and the death of both my parents. He was my rock my best friend through it all. He was the reason I got out of bed some mornings. He was diagnosed with diabetes about 2 years ago and developed cataracts in the last year. Between his insulin and special food I spend approx  $300 a month just on that. I also have 3 cats and another dog that I support so I haven't been able to save as much money for things like this. The ophthalmologist says Jake is an excellent candidate for surgery but the pretesting , surgery and post surgery will cost well over $4000. Now he is depending on me to give him back his eye sight and his quality of life and there is no way I can let money keep me from doing that. So I am asking for help from anyone that can. No matter how little EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING will be so greatly appreciated
