Kidney Pancreas Transplant

Hi, my name is Chris and I have Type 1 diabetes and chronic kidney disease and I am currently on dialysis. Due to my health I have not been able to work, perform or sing or do gigs regularly for the past year. I am listed on the transplant list at Barnes-Jewish in St. Louis MO, which is about 4 hours away from where I live. When I get my transplant, my caregiver and I will have to stay in St Louis for a few months, while still having bills and cost of living back home. This fundraiser is also to help pay for medications I will be on the rest of my life after transplant, as well as some dental issues that need to be taken care of so transplant can go smoothly and safely. Any help would be appreciated, I'm really ready to get back to doing what I love without any issues and restrictions anymore.
