The Lakota West High School Football Team is raising funds for their classmate and teammate, Matt Stratman, and his family to help with medical costs associated with Matt's recent hospitalization. On Saturday, June 9, Matt was playing in the Lakota West Alumni Lacrosse game, when he collapsed as he exited the field.  After being rushed to Children's Hospital of Cincinnati, Matt was diagnosed with an AVM (arteriovenous malformation) and is currently in a coma.  All donations collected through this effort will be sent directly to the Stratman Family.
