Help save childhood home

After moving out of my own place and back into my mother's to help pay for the house after her recent divorce, paying 1200 a month for 1 room, I have found out that it is literally going to auction monday at 11am due to bills not being paid
My mother bought the house 20 years ago, theres no reason to let it disappear, especially when I can pay the monthly bills and potentially live out my life here
Spoke to the regime's lawyer and the only way to save the house is $6000 by today at 5pm
I wont beg but I will definitely ask for help
I'm willing to pay anyone that helps me out back, and willing to sign legal documents if you're willing but need to make sure no one gets screwed
Anything helps
If I dont get the house back, all money will be returned, and I'll be looking for a place to live!
This is not a joke, and also I will be taking the house for myself if this works out
