Today our mom was DISCHARGED!! She will be spending some time at Encompass Health Rehab to gain her strength back! In a few weeks, she will undergo another brain surgery to replace the missing bone flap. She is getting stronger each day and still has a long way to go. Hello, our names are Dana, Lauren, and Stephanie. We truly appreciate you taking a moment to read our mom’s story. On February 11th, our mom fell and hit her head. Since she is on blood thinners for cardiac issues, she had a major bleed in her brain. Which led her to major emergency brain surgery. She was recovering well until she started having seizures. On February 12th, she was intubated so her brain could rest. Due to these circumstances, she will be off of work for an extended period of time. We are trying to help take the financial burden off of her so she can recover without worry. Any donation or a share will help.
