Year two update: After getting through a scary start to this year things are going in the right direction for Brad. He spent a week in the ICU at the end of January but was able to come home just in time for three of the kids birthdays! He then was able to complete 10 rounds of intense radiation directed specifically to the “main tumor” to try to shrink it. Since he has finished the radiation he is on a new round of chemotherapy which he will receive once every three weeks. Along with this new type of chemo he is also on a different type of pain management which is making him feel the best he has felt in months! He is back to work, enjoying going to the kids sporting events and just happy to be living life as normal as possible. Medical bill are starting to pour in. Any little bit will help Brad and his family continue to live life normally. Thank you all again for the love, prayers and support you are giving our family.


Brad, Michelle, Owen, Ady, Elly, Aidan and Emy are in need of some support and prayers as Brad has been diagnosed with stage 4 Esophageal cancer. Brad has been a staple of the Grandview community from a young age. From coaching basketball, to recreation director of Parks and Rec to managing Paul’s pantry and Local Cantina. With bills mounting, any kind of support would be truly appreciated.Let’s rally around Brad and his family during this trying time and show them the strength and love of the Grandview community.
