Eli needs surgery

Hi my name is Eli, Im 3 years old and I’ve been at the doctors for 3 days so far. I ate something I wasn’t supposed to, now my stomach can rupture at any given time and after it does I have 24hrs to live. Any donation is appreciated, help me go back home to my family.
