On June 26, 2024, Michael Angelo Benitez passed away after a two-month hospital stay. Michael was born on July 7, 2015, to Gaudencia and Ramiro Benitez. From birth, Michael struggled with DiGeorge Syndrome and its many symptoms which led to a slower development. Even with all these hardships all who met Michael would describe him as a lively, loving kid who put a smile on everyone's faces. Teachers would describe him as a funny kid who enjoyed making friends and making them laugh. Micheal loved watching movies and shows some of his favorites were Cars, Despicable Me, Minions, and Spongebob Squarepants. He loved to dance, draw, and listen to music. His favorite foods included pizza, popcorn, and ice cream. There was nothing Michael loved more than his family. The loss of Michael is felt greatly by his family and all who got to know him. There is no set goal however any funds are greatly appreciated. All funds collected will go towards covering Michael's funeral expenses. It is his family's wish to give Michael a beautiful farewell.

El 26 de junio de 2024, Michael Angelo Benítez falleció después de dos meses de hospitalización. Michael nació el 7 de julio de 2015, hijo de Gaudencia y Ramiro Benítez.
