Hi! My name is Sandy Pogue. My sister in-

law Brittany Dahl was diagnosed with

thyroid cancer. This is her story:

Brittany recently had her thyroid removed

due to cancerous findings. She was

diagnosed on June 1, 2022 and met with

the surgeon and had surgery

immediately. The surgical team found

4 cancerous nodules. She is waiting to

find out when radiation treatments start.

She will have to travel several hours each way to the hospital while also staying in a

hotel.

Unfortunately, Brittany’s medical insurance does not cover everything. I am reaching

out to my family and friends for help

because Brittany is currently in a mostly

self-pay situation and not able to talk or

work with her conditions.

To top it all off, my brother Keith has had

complications with his knee surgery and is only able to work 3 days a week, 4 hours at a time. Needless to say they are in need of financial help.
