Emergency housing help needed!

Hello everyone, we are trying to help a family in immediate need. Heather is a lovely lady. She has 4 children Natalie, Vanessa, Theo and Rosalie. They have faced an unfair housing situation. Despite constant battles with the landlord over standing water in the basement for months. Now that mold has developed and they have been experiencing health concerns the landlord has stepped in to offer that they vacate immediately with no support to replace belongings and offered "3 months rent in cash". While this may cover a security deposit, and first months rent it will not touch the cost of replacing belongings that have been contaminated by the mold, moving costs, hotel costs already endured, etc. While legal assistance is being sought, securing housing is Heather's first priority for her family, as young Theo has special needs and is not adjusting well to his hotel surroundings.
