Oxford University Funding

As a refugee from Syrian / Palestinian background, I have been ineligible for Student Finance England because my refugee status is undergoing a renewal process and thus have been facing financial difficulty to pay for my basic needs and tuition. I am now a new student at the University of Oxford at St. Hilda's College, studying English Language and Literature and thus any help would be amazing as it would help me focus on my studies and excel in such a great university.
