Tom Phillip's is the owner of Books by the Sea. His store specializes in all coastal things, including books, artists, and local authors . It is a place for readers, writers and art lovers.  Tom was the victim of a online scam. He was scammed out of thousands of dollars. He has being working with the local authorities and FBI. But as of now the investigation is going no where, and Tom's store is on the edge of closing its doors. Tom has been an active participant in our community for decades. He has a passion for literature. His wife Joyce Phillip's dream was to own a book speciality store, that promoted local authors and catered to our unique community here on Cape Cod. Tom's wife Joyce phillips passed away in 2007. Tom continued to run the book store, in memory of his wife that passed and to continue their passion for for the business .  Tom is a kind, generous man ! He would do anything to help anyone in need.
