A coffee machine of dreams…

Donations have reached the halfway mark and we are amazed and delighted by the community’s response and interest in the café reopening. 

As we mentioned from the start, in the original GoFundMe blurb, the aim of this was never for the business itself to own the machine, due to the amount of financial contributions made by the community. 

 We have finalised the practicalities and would like to let you all know that, once purchased, we will be transferring ownership of the coffee machine to our landlords, The Compton’s Yard Charitable Trust. This will mean that it then becomes an asset for the Trust and the community, should the ownership of the café change in the future. 

 We would like to thank each person who has donated from the bottom of our hearts - As well as contributing financially and showing your support for the café, you have also helped to safeguard it’s future! ☕️
