Help with medical and everyday expenses

Hi, my name is Jeremy and I am the fiance to Casey O'donnell. On the morning of Sunday January 8th at about 730am me and our dog Marley found Casey outside barely responsive. By the time the ambulance came and got her she had a heart rate of 35 and was frozen. She was life flighted to Iowa Citys burn unit that night and stayed for 5days and got discharged home. She has and had very bad frostbite on her feet and toes. She cant walk without a walker and needs assistance to do most activities people do everyday. She had a scan this past Tuesday and got a call from the dr today. She will need to have atleast 3 toes on her right foot amputated and possible skin graphs also. With everyday expenses along with the 4hr round trips to Iowa City, gas, medical equipment and medical aids growing we have decided to reach out for some help.. Its gona be a long road especially with our 3 kids and living on 1 income. We tend to keep to ourselves and were going to but its been alot of things we havnt had to deal with before. So if you can donate, share or send love and prayers we as a family would greatly appreciate it and will be forever grateful..
