Hi my name is Neil and I have been very sick for many years - I have stomach problems beyond a cure as well as COPD and seizures which limits my work ability, and I applied and have been refused disability 3 times.  I have not been able to eat sleep or use the restroom like other people.  In and out of the hospital on a regular basis and find it difficult to work and I'm being foreclosed on , losing my car and lost all my savings trying to take care of my family .
