Jaxtin's Journey

Hi. My name is Jaxtin Hampton. I'm 9 years old.

My dad has been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure. It's a form of heart disease that can't be fixed.

I want to spend the summer with my Dad touring the US. I want to go to Lego Land and build with my Dad. I also want to go to Disney Land. I want to see Mt Rushmore, Yellowstone and Niagara Falls.
