Barcelona relief fund for Lebanon
Donation protected
The recent Israeli attacks on Lebanon, with relentless heavy bombardment and sudden evacuation orders, have displaced 1.2 million people, leaving many without homes; with some people sleeping on the streets, others sheltering in schools or living in apartments with no amenities.
This first wave of the funding campaign aims to collect 10,000 euros to support those displaced by providing them with basic and essential commodities needed for survival throughout these difficult times. The necessities include: food & water, medications, mattresses, blankets, children and elderly’s necessities, transportation…etc.
Several people within personal initiatives, and some collectives have been relentlessly working on the ground all over Lebanon in order to map out and provide displaced people with their most urgent needs. The funds we collect will directly go to these initiatives, with details regarding each provided below.
The situation is catastrophic, and as people abroad, all we can do is support our friends and families who are working relentlessly on the ground to help others. Your contribution makes a difference, no matter how small!
