CCM Needs A Compressor for Walk-In
Donation protected
Greater Hickory Cooperative Christian Ministry has served the homeless, indigent, working poor and unemployeed in the Hickory area since 1969. In 2014, we provided 23,022 individuals with emergency food representing more than 4,000 families. We continue serving the men, women and children who come to us hungry and unable to put food on their table. Today, the compressor for our walk-in cooler failed and now we stand to lose not only valuable food that is desperately needed for those in need in our community, but also the ability to keep food fresh going forward. We have received a quote to replace the compressor of $4500. Please be generous and consider helping us reach our $5000 goal to replace the compressor so that we can continue feeding the hungry in our community. Thank you for anything you are able to do!
