Christmas miracle needed

Hello my name is Jason Johnson. Me and my family are in desperate need of some financial help. The end of September I was hospitalized with untreated diabetes and without medical insurance it has been financial draining. I have to pay for everything out of pocket. I lost my job due to my health issues and I am unable to work. Last week my wife had a heart attack due to the stress of it all. Both of us are unable to work right and our bills keep adding up, rent is due, meds need to be paid for, we need food,..etc.we could really use some help. Really need a Christmas miracle.
