Beat Cancer!

Whether you know me from performances, lessons, dancing, good times or all of the above, help me beat this so I can get back to doing what I know best!

The first half of this year was a pretty full bingo card. Gigs, work, dancing...43 was starting to feel like 33! July 3rd brought me a new challenge that I won't have a choice but to accept. A tumor was found during a GI scope and some extra scans revealed the existence of a couple more. I'm pretty optimistic about my treatment plan and my doctors and started chemo today! Friends and family have been great so far with rides and food and my insurance, thankfully, is solid.

A few dozen people asked what they can do to help. Although most treatment is covered, a heap of out of pocket expenses will be incurred and max out this month. I am also unlikely to play any(public) gigs the rest of the year due to infection risk, so my daily expenses are going to come quick.
