Show Lou Some Love

Hello, my name is Jeremiah. I have started this Go Fund Me on behalf of my friend and colleague, Louis "Lou" Ragusa. I have had the privilege of working with Lou over the last 5 years. He is as honest and hard working as they come. Lou is the very definition of an old, salty cable dog. He has made a career in the telecommunications industry working for companies like Comcast, Triwire and ITG. He works hard every day to provide a life for his wife, Michelle, and their children.

Recently, Lou suffered from major medical event leaving him in the ICU at Cooper Medical Center. He has had several tests and procedures done already, and there is a long road ahead on the path to recovery. Lou will most likely miss weeks, if not months of work.

This Go Fund Me is to help Lou and his family with a supplement income while he is recovering. Losing one income is challenging enough in today's world. That problem will be further exacerbated by Michelle and the family having to miss additional time away from their own jobs as they support their husband/father during this recovery process. Bills will begin piling up and this can create a hole that is difficult to climb out of. When people are sick, they could certainly use a little help so there is one less thing to worry about.

I am calling on family, friends, fellow telecommunications colleagues and coworkers and anyone else who may read this to donate to help Lou and his family during their time of need.
