All kids deserve the chance to learn in a safe and fun environment. Dance can and should be used to empower youth and strengthen our communities. We are raising money so that we can remove financial boundaries and give kids the chance to dance.
This summer we are hosting two training initiatives at our London studio. In July RUBBERBANDance will join Dasein’s co-directors for a two-week intensive for dancers ages 13-18. We know that many young dancers are interested in taking advantage of this opportunity but cannot afford it. We would like to offer three students full bursaries with funds raised during this campaign. In August we are launching our first summer camp for ages 9-12, with guest artist Kaitlin Torrance. Our goal is to raise enough money so that all 15 spots can be offered to kids without the means to attend a dance camp.
Make a difference to a child who dreams of dancing, ignite creative potential and inspire change! With your help we can start to eliminate the boundaries that have made dance inaccessible to so many for too long.
