Help us reach our goal on our forever home!

My name is Helen and I am humbly coming before you all seeking help to take my family out of the homeless shelter and into our new forever home. Due to circumstances some beyond my control and some within we lost our home a few months back and have been living in a shelter. I have been on the search to find the right housing for my family but it has not been an easy task. To some in the housing department I am considered harder to house due to things in my background. I have found two potential places but they both require a deposit upfront before the application is even processed and if approved will also require first month rent as well. To show good faith to the landlord it is my hope to provide the first at least 3 months of rent alone with my deposit. I would also like to do this also to give myself more time to get settled in, get other bills situated and get planted before rent is due again. I am at the moment finally working a permanent job however it is currently part time so once I’m housed I will also be seeking another part time position to assure that I am well able to pay my bills and pay them on time. Again if you could see in your heart to assist in any form to help me put my babies back into a home I would be forever grateful thankful and will one day surely pay it forward to the next single mom! UPDATE: I have found a three bedroom that I am

in love with and have done the application and awaiting approval.  Because of the short time of my employment the landlord is a little hesitant on renting it to me, but he hasn’t said no. The rent is $1500 a month and as I stated before I would like to be able to pay three months in advance alone with the deposit. He did say if I am able

To pay the 3 months in advance he may can have his partner agree to rent this home to us. This is also give myself a grace period and handle other moving expenses before rent is due again. Again any assistance would be so greatly appreciated!
